Terms of Service

By accessing or using Eva, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Your Rights page. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Eva. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Eva provides tools that allow users to:

• • Create and manage events and organization public pages
• • Follow events and organizations
• • Send and receive announcements and notifications (in-app, push, email, and SMS where enabled)
• • Receive survey invitations from event managers and the Eva platform (email, notifications; SMS only when no email is on file)
• • Receive Eva feature updates and promotions when you opt in (critical system notices cannot be opted out)
• • Invite people by email or SMS where those features are available
• • Manage roles and permissions
• • Access optional paid features

Eva is a technology platform only. Eva does not organize, host, sponsor, or conduct events and is not responsible for the content, organization, legality, safety, or outcomes of events created by users.

Eva does not screen, verify, or guarantee the safety, legality, or accuracy of any event, organizer, or participant.

Eva does not guarantee the identity, conduct, or reliability of any user.

Eva does not endorse, verify, or assume any responsibility for any user-generated content or event activity.

Eva does not act as an agent, partner, or representative of any event organizer.

Participation in any event is at your own risk.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You may sign in with a phone number (SMS one-time code), email and password, or a supported social provider. You agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information
• • Maintain the security of your credentials and verification codes
• • Keep your phone number and email up to date for account recovery and invites
• • Notify us of unauthorized access
• • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Message and data rates may apply for SMS verification and other SMS messages related to your account.

You agree not to use Eva to:

• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Organize, promote, or facilitate illegal activities
• • Promote or facilitate underage drinking, drug use, or controlled substances
• • Organize events that are unsafe, harmful, or pose a risk to participants
• • Transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• • Spam or misuse announcements, email, or SMS
• • Send SMS invites or other SMS messages without required recipient consent
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• • Attempt unauthorized access

If you use SMS invite tools, you are responsible for confirming that recipients have consented to receive those messages and for complying with applicable messaging and telemarketing laws.

You retain ownership of content you create and share through Eva.

By using the Service, you grant Eva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the Service.

All Eva software, branding, and design are the property of Revibes LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• • Pay applicable fees
• • Automatic renewal unless canceled
• • No refunds for partial periods unless required by law

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Eva does not store full payment details.

You may stop using Eva and request account deletion at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• • Violate these Terms
• • Misuse the Service
• • Engage in harmful or unlawful behavior

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review, remove, or restrict access to any event, content, or user that we believe violates these Terms or may cause harm, legal risk, or safety concerns.

If you encounter unsafe or inappropriate events or content, you may report it to: evaprivacy@revibes.io

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used, including phone numbers, SMS verification codes, and SMS notifications.

Information about your rights—including access, correction, and deletion—is available on our Your Rights page.

Eva is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revibes LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Eva or participation in events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revibes LLC from claims arising from your use of Eva, your content, or your events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Eva after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Eva is not intended to be used for organizing or promoting activities that are inappropriate, unsafe, or illegal for minors.

Eva does not knowingly permit the platform to be used for unlawful or inappropriate activities involving minors.

If you are under the age of 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Nothing in this Section limits the obligations in Section 5 (User Roles and Responsibilities), including legal compliance for events.
