Event setup
Launch a polished event in minutes
Everything guests see starts here—your cover, schedule, location, and description—plus tools to get the basics right before you publish.
Essentials & branding
Name, date and time, description, and a cover image that sets the tone. Save as draft until you are ready, then publish when it looks right.
In-person or virtual
Venue name, street address with map pin, or a virtual meeting link—Eva adapts to how your event actually runs.
Private events
Mark an event private so only people you invite can follow from the public page—ideal for internal gatherings or invite-only lists.
Draft & publish
Work in draft mode, validate what is missing, then publish with confidence. A confirmation step keeps surprises out of production.
Event health score
Organizers see a completeness score with clear tips—cover, schedule, location, program, announcements—so nothing important slips through.
AI drafting help
Event Assistant on create and on the event page helps draft descriptions, reminders, and logistics in natural language.
Sharing & audience
Grow the room without chaos
Give people one trusted place to follow along—no group-text noise, no lost PDFs in email threads.
QR, link, and event code
Share via QR code, web link, or short event code. Copy buttons and native share make it effortless from the organizer console.
Follower dashboard
See how many people follow your event, who your co-managers are, and announcement activity at a glance from the event hub.
Follower roster
Open the full follower list anytime—names, avatars, and counts—so you know who is in your audience.
Private event approvals
On private events, review pending join requests from one place—approve or decline followers before they see updates.
Join via QR scanner
From your Home dashboard, scan an invite QR to jump into an event—handy when someone shows you a code on site.
Public follow
Non-private events can be discovered and followed from the web—guests opt in without you manually adding every name.
Team & access
Run events together, safely
Add co-organizers with exactly the permissions they need—nothing more, nothing less.
Event managers
Assign co-managers from your follower list or invite by email—even on draft events before anyone has followed. Up to ten managers per event.
Manager email invites
Subscribed followers are promoted immediately; everyone else gets an email and becomes a manager when they sign up or log in with that address.
Granular permissions
Delegate edit event, announcements, program, follower management, analytics, or full access—pick what each manager can do.
Creator controls
You stay in charge of manager assignments. Co-managers can remove themselves when their role is done.
Organizer console access
Managers with the right permissions use the same Home on the web and mobile apps as you—one calm experience across devices.
Communication
Updates people actually see
Push schedule changes, room moves, and reminders the moment they matter—with text, photos, audio, or video.
Rich announcements
Post text updates with optional title, or attach image, audio, or video so guests get the full picture—not just a line of text.
Draft before publish
Compose and save drafts until the wording is right, then publish when you are ready to notify everyone.
Edit & delete
Fix typos or pull an outdated update from the feed. Organizers stay in control of what followers see.
Sub-event targeting
Send an announcement to the whole event or to a specific sub-event—perfect when only one track or room needs the update.
Volunteer team streams
Each volunteer team gets its own announcement feed. Post crew-specific updates without cluttering the main event channel.
Event Assistant
Draft reminders and logistics with AI, then inject the result straight into the announcement composer with one click.
RSVP & attendance
Know who is coming—and who is not
Headcounts, deadlines, guest names, and exports—without spreadsheets taped to the clipboard.
Enable RSVP for followers
Turn RSVP on when you need a headcount. Followers choose Going, Maybe, or Can't attend while still following the event.
Party guests
Attendees can add adults and minors who do not have Eva accounts—up to 20 guests per RSVP—so your counts reflect real party size.
RSVP deadlines
Set a close date, time, and timezone. Followers see the last day to respond; after the deadline, new RSVPs lock automatically.
Organizer attendee list
Maintain an email list, import CSV (merge or replace), send individual or bulk email invites, and see who has responded.
List-only RSVP mode
Optionally accept RSVP only from people on your attendee list—everyone else can still follow for updates.
Roster & export
Search, filter, and sort all RSVPs with guest details. Export to Excel or CSV for catering, seating, or check-in.
Program & agenda
A live program everyone can trust
Build the run-of-show, highlight speakers, and mark what is happening now—on phones and on the big screen.
Agenda sessions
Create sessions with title, description, and start/end times. Reorder the program as plans shift before or during the event.
Live session status
Mark sessions Scheduled, Starting soon, Live, or Completed. Followers see a 'happening now' banner when it matters.
Speaker roster
Add speakers with photo, title, and bio. Link them to agenda sessions so guests know who is on stage and when.
Venue / TV display
Open a full-screen live program board for lobby screens and stage-side monitors—no scrolling, just the current state of the day.
Auto-announce on track change
When enabled, moving a session to Live or Starting soon can post a short update to the main feed automatically.
Follower agenda view
Guests get a read-only live program on web and mobile—same source of truth as your organizer view, always up to date.
Sub-events & volunteering
Scale beyond a single room
Multi-track conferences, parallel sessions, and volunteer crews—each with the right audience and updates.
Sub-events
Create rooms, tracks, or parallel sessions with their own schedule and location label. Followers choose what to follow.
Targeted sub-event updates
Post announcements scoped to one sub-event so ballroom guests are not pinged about the workshop across the hall.
Volunteer teams
Enable volunteering, create teams with descriptions and signup modes, and set slot limits so rosters stay manageable.
Assign from followers
Pick volunteers from people already following your event, or invite by email when they are not followers yet. See filled vs max slots at a glance on each team.
Subtasks & progress
Give each team a checklist with optional deadlines. Track completion percentage so nothing falls through on event day.
Team announcement feeds
Every team gets a dedicated stream. Assigned volunteers follow their crew's updates automatically.
