Need to step back? Remove yourself from a volunteer crew; the organizer is notified so they can fill the slot.
Team-only announcements
Crew updates stay in your team feed—main-event followers are not spammed with load-in details.

Invited roles
Manager or volunteer invites
If an organizer adds you by email, Eva picks up your role when you sign in—no separate onboarding maze.
Manager invitations
Invited as a co-organizer? Accept by signing in with the same email. You gain manager tools on that event immediately.
Leave manager role
Co-managers can step down when their stint ends; the event owner is notified automatically.
Organizer vs follower
Your role badge on the event page shows whether you are following, managing, or both—permissions match what you were given.
