Web, mobile, and getting started

Straight answers on where to sign up, how followers join, and why organizers should plan from the browser first.

Should I use the website or the app?
Organizers and co-managers should start on Home on the web—it has the fullest toolkit today (guided setup, RSVP exports, manager and volunteer email invites, private approvals, program, sub-events, volunteering, and embeds). Followers can use either web or mobile to join and read updates; mobile is best for push alerts when you are on site.
How do followers subscribe to an event?
Open the organizer's link or QR code, or enter the short event code. Public events let you follow immediately; private events may ask you to request access and wait for approval on the web.
What can Eva do for RSVPs?
Turn on RSVP for headcounts, party guests, and deadlines. Organizers maintain attendee lists, send email invites, export rosters, and optionally limit RSVP to invited emails—all from the web.
Is Eva free?
Yes. Eva is in beta and free to start. In the future, creators may unlock advanced capabilities as Eva grows.
