Web vs mobile

Home on the web is where Eva does the heavy lifting.

Why Eva

Everything your audience needs—without the noise.

Live events move fast. Eva gives hosts a real command center on the web and gives guests a single place to follow along—whether they check in on a laptop or get a push on their phone.

  • Real-time by design

Publish schedule shifts, room changes, and reminders once—they reach every follower in the feed, with mobile push where it matters most.

  • Followers, not group-chat chaos

Guests subscribe with a link, QR, or short code—or follow your organization once for every future event. You see who followed, approve private requests on the web, and keep one authoritative channel.

  • Run it together

Invite co-managers and volunteers by email, set granular permissions, and let people step down when their shift ends—without losing the thread.

FAQ

Web, mobile, and getting started

Straight answers for followers, event managers, and organizations—then open Help for the full guide.

Should I use the website or the app?
Event managers should start on Home on the web—it has Communication, newsletters, RSVP exports, manager invites, private approvals, program, volunteering, surveys, and organization settings. Followers can use web or mobile; mobile is best for push alerts on site.
How do followers subscribe to an event or organization?
Open the organizer’s link or QR code, or enter the short event code. Public events let you follow immediately; private events may ask you to request access. You can also follow an organization once on /org/… to stay connected across its events and announcements.
What can event managers and organizations do?
Managers run events with announcements, Communication (address lists & newsletters), RSVP, program, and surveys. Organizations add a branded public page, org followers, embeds, fonts/branding, optional Google Analytics, and org-wide announcements. See Help & FAQ for the full breakdown.
Is Eva free?
Yes. Eva is in beta and free to start. In the future, creators may unlock advanced capabilities as Eva grows.
