Eva ("Eva," "we," "us," or "our") is an event and announcement platform operated by Revibes LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Eva mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We collect information that you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use Eva.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Information

Name (first and last), email address, profile photo (optional), and business or organization name (if applicable).

Authentication Data

Firebase user ID and login method (email/password, Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.).

Event & Content Data

Event details (name, description, dates, location, virtual links), announcements, messages, images, and media.

Subscription & Payment Information

Subscription plan details, transaction IDs, and payment metadata. Note: We do not store full credit card details. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use Eva, we may automatically collect:

  • • Usage data (pages viewed, actions taken)
  • • Crash logs and performance metrics

1.3 Location Information

Event creators may optionally provide event location data (address, map links, latitude/longitude). Eva does not track your real-time location.

  • Manage subscriptions and billing
