We collect the minimum data needed to run EVA reliably and securely. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
EVA enables organizers to send real-time announcements to event attendees. Depending on the event type, attendees can join using a QR code (public events) or via invitation (private events).
We collect only the information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Account data
Name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in.
Usage & device data
Device information, IP address, and event-level performance or security metrics (for example, error rates and basic telemetry).
Content you provide
Announcements and related metadata you choose to send through EVA (such as timestamps and event identifiers).
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate EVA (such as hosting, analytics, and customer support). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
