For organizations
A branded public home for every event you run.
Create a business workspace with a shareable /org page, organization followers, team roles, embeds, and org-wide announcements—while personal events keep working the way they always have.
How it flows
From public page to website embed
- 1
Create
Set up your business
Logo, cover, about text, contact info, and a public /org page people can browse without signing in.
- 2
Grow
Build organization followers
Invite by email or let people follow from your public page—one follow covers every future event.
- 3
Publish
Attach events to your brand
Publish events under the organization so they appear on your page with shared branding and team access.
- 4
Embed
Bring Eva to your website
Match fonts and colors, then embed events or announcements listings—and optional event widgets—on your site.
Public page
A lasting home for your organization
A branded /org page for upcoming events, announcements, and followers—separate from any single gathering.
Business profile & public page
Create a business with logo, cover, about text, contact info, and social links. Share /org/your-slug—anyone can browse upcoming events and announcements without signing in.
Organization followers
Eva users follow your business once and stay connected across events. Follow and unfollow use the same calm UX as events, with a Following badge beside your name.
Invite people to follow
From your Followers tab, invite people by email to discover your public page. Separate from event RSVP lists and from event follower invites.
Organization announcements
Post updates that belong to the whole organization—not just one event—and publish them to your public page Announcements tab.
Custom external link buttons
Add up to three third-party buttons (Register, Pay, Donate, etc.) on your public org page and on each event. Choose style, size, curvature, colors, and placement.
Team & events
Run every event under one brand
Org roles, shared access, and automatic reach when you publish—without redoing setup for each gathering.
Team roles (Owner, Admin, Manager)
Invite colleagues to help run the business. Managers inherit access to every event published under the organization—no need to re-assign managers on each new event.
Events under your organization
Optionally publish events under your business so they appear on your public page and show org branding. Personal events without an organization are unchanged.
Notify followers when you publish
Turn on Event defaults to automatically email and notify all organization followers when a new org event goes live—without adding them to the RSVP attendee list.
Manual follower event invites
From an event hub, invite selected organization followers with the same new-event notification—useful when auto-notify is off or for a reminder.
Organization email templates
Customize emails for follower invites and new-event notifications to followers. Event RSVP and manager invite templates stay on each event.
Website & embeds
Match your brand on the open web
Pull styling from your site, embed listings, and optionally drop focused event widgets into pages you already own.
Website styling & organization embed
Pull colors and fonts from your website for an on-brand public page. Embed an auto-resizing events or announcements listing—choose cover layout, description length, and which action buttons appear on each card.
Optional Google Analytics
Set a GA4 Measurement ID on your organization public page settings to understand traffic without changing how Eva manages events inside the app.
Event page widgets
When integrations are enabled, copy focused iframe widgets for a single event—announcements, RSVP, agenda, volunteering, sub-events, or program resources—from the Integrations page.
Backward compatible
If you never create a business, Eva looks and works as before. RSVP, program, announcements, and managers on personal events are not affected.
Ready when you are
Launch your organization page on Eva—free during beta.
Create an account, open your business workspace, and share /org/your-slug. Event-day tools stay in Home for managers; guests can follow on web or mobile.
Same account on web and mobile
Followers and managers use one Eva account across Home on the web and the iOS and Android apps.
